1. Click 'Settings' on your phone, laptop or tablet and then 'Wi-Fi'. 
 
2. Choose the network 'Eduroam'. 
 
3. Enter your full UEL email address and UEL password (case sensitive).   

4. If you are experiencing difficulties, test your details by logging into a library PC. 
 
5. If you can log into the library PC and still find difficulty logging into your personal device, click ‘Eduroam’ > ‘Forget this Network’ and switch off your 'Wi-Fi'. 
 
6. Switch your 'Wi-Fi' back on and try to reconnect to 'Eduroam'. 
 
7. If it is still not working, connect to a private network (on campus, you can connect to 'The Cloud') and download/install the ‘Eduroam Installer App’ from https://cat.eduroam.org/ or 'Geteduroam' App from Google Play or Apple Store.
