Before you start... 
 
You must first register your UEL ID card to use any Canon device on any campus.  
*This will only need to be done once unless you get a replacement ID card.   
 
To do this, tap your UEL ID card over the reader (located to the left of the screen) and manually type in your UEL email address and password when the keyboard is displayed on the printer's screen.  
*Password entry is case sensitive.   
 
1. Log into a library PC and make sure you are signed into your OneDrive*. 
*Check the small cloud icon on the right-hand corner of your taskbar.
If it appears grey, you must sign onto OneDrive using your full UEL email address and password (case sensitive).

2. If you need to add printers manually, type ’Printers & Scanners’ into the search box of your task bar.

For monochrome (black and white) printing:  
“Mono on AW-P-UFPRN01A" or "Mono on AW-P-UFPRN02B" 
 
For coloured printing:  
"Colour on AW-P-UFPRN01A" or “Colour on AW-P- UFPRN02B". 

 

3. Download your document and save it to your desktop. 
 
4. Right click on the document and open with Word or Adobe*.  
*Sign in if you are asked to. 
 
5. Click ‘File’ > ‘Print’ and select the right printer for you.

6. Customize other print settings, ie. copies, layout, pages, paper size, scale, print on both sides (default) and click ‘Print’. 
 
7. Go to a Canon device to release your print.
