Current and active UEL students can raise queries via the Student Hub: MyPortal 
*If you’re having difficulty logging in, click the 'Unable to Log-in' button to fill out the form to report your technical issue. 

 

Via Top Desk
1. If you are logged into a library computer, double click the ‘IT Self Service’ icon on your desktop for reporting.

2. You can also log in using the link: https://uel.topdesk.net/ 

3. Select Menu for ‘New Requests - General Requests’ > ‘Device Support, Provisioning & Print Services’. 

4. Once your service call has been logged, you will receive a reference/confirmation to your UEL email address. 

5. You will also see the progress of your raised calls via the ‘My Incidents’ button.
