Printing Credit:

1. Check if you have enough credit for printing.
*When you have insufficient funds, you should receive an error message on the PC you sent the document from (you may need to minimise windows to see it).

To check your current printing credit log into https://printpay.uel.ac.uk/ with your full UEL email and password (case sensitive).
*Your printing credit will also be shown when you scan your ID on to a Canon device.

2. If you have recently topped up your printing credit, please allow at least 15 minutes for your balance to be updated.

Paper Size:

1. Make sure the document you want to print is either A3 or A4 in size.

2. If you need to print from a webpage or usb, you must first log into a library computer with your UEL email and password (case sensitive).
You should then download the document directly to your desktop before sending it to print.
