On a Laptop/PC/Mac: 

1. Visit: https://products.office.com/en-gb/student/office-in-education  

2. Enter your full UEL email address and click 'Get Started'. 

3. When asked 'Are you a student or teacher?', choose 'I'm a Student' 

4. Click 'Sign in' and enter your UEL Network credentials without the '@uel.ac.uk' e.g. 'u1234567' or ‘jsmith1’ and UEL password (case sensitive). 

5. Click 'OK, got it' on the no need to sign up page. 

6. Once logged in, on the right-hand side, click on the 'Install Office' dropdown and choose 'Office 365 apps'. 

7. Follow the instructions on screen to save/install the file. 

8. Once installed, start Office and sign in with your full UEL email address and UEL password (case sensitive).  

9. You can also access these apps on an internet browser by logging into www.office.com. 

 

On Mobile Devices: 

1. Visit: https://products.office.com/en-gb/student/office-in-education  

2. Enter your full UEL email address and click 'Get Started'. 

3. When asked 'Are you a student or teacher?', choose 'I'm a Student' 

4. Click 'Sign in' and enter your UEL Network credentials without the '@uel.ac.uk' e.g. ‘u1234567’ or 'jsmith1' and UEL password (case sensitive). 

5. Click 'OK, got it' on the no need to sign up page. 

6. Once logged in, on the right-hand side, click on the 'Install Office' dropdown and choose ‘Install the Microsoft 365 Mobile App’. 

7. Scan the QR code or click the link and follow the steps presented on screen.
